Bringing knowledge to Bru-Van Kieu ethnic minority groupPANO – Trung Son hamlet is a border area of Truong Son commune, Quang Ninh district, Quang Binh province, and is home to the Bru-Van Kieu ethnic minority people. In flooding season, the hamlet is usually isolated by flood water, causing difficulties to local people in doing business and updating useful information every day. In order to help
